Since I’ve got a job at Lenox, in the early summer, I’ve been work on giving them a new website and making the already pre-existing website infrastructure a bit more manageable. It’s a slow process but I’m enjoying it. I started as a contractor and they hired me on full time as their Sr. Interactive Media Designer.

On another note, in learning all this script, I reinvented my website’s look and function to reflect a little more of what I can do. This website was solely developed on a iPad and is fully responsive. I also have been doing a lot more illustration lately. All my illustration have be drawn on my iPad with a Adonit JotPro+. It’s been a little over 6 months now. I enjoy it greatly. My job consists of creating animations for digital menu boards and putting together video presentations for both internal use and for clientele.

I have been trying to minimize the amount of freelance clients because of the full-time job and because I’m taking some time out to excel my skills in other areas, such as film and photography. Because of my work, I also found a new love for motion graphics and especially the use of typography in motion.
